Her career journey has encompassed various sectors, such as Civil Construction, Facilities Management, Trades, Mining, White Collar, Transport and Logistics, and Professional Services. Beyond her recruitment industry background, Janelle has gained valuable experience working in retail, as a Site Manager on-site in the Goldfields, and even as a Road Train Operator, thus adding a diverse range of experiences to her professional repertoire.
