Working a couple of days per week, this Part-Time Administration role will see you utilizing your bookkeeping and customer service skills while assisting the friendly team in this family-owned business.

Flexibility is offered, meaning you can tailor your days and start times to suit your busy schedule

Duties include:

  • Processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Banking
  • Debt collection
  • Payroll
  • Answering phones and emails

To be successful you will have:

  • Bookkeeping skills
  • MYOB experience highly beneficial but training is on offer
  • Flexibility when extra hours may need to be filled
  • Friendly and professional phone etiquette
