What’s more important: Qualifications or experience?

This is a great article to read from a candidate’s point of view as it raises a few good points about what candidate an employer would ultimately choose:

- A non-qualified candidate that has industry experience and would be a good cultural fit.- A qualified candidate without industry experience but would be good cultural fit- A qualified candidate with industry experience and may not be a good cultural fit.

So the question will remain until you’re in that interview… is personality and cultural fit more important than skills and qualifications?
