Rachel comes from a mining background having spent 8 years as a fixed and mobile plant operator in the North West and Northern Territory. Rachel then moved into the Human Services area with a focus on OH&S, managing a centre for people with both physical and mental disabilites. Rachel joined the RecruitWest team in 2005 and her diverse background and experience has seen Rachel move from a Recruitment Consultant into the position of Industrial Business and OSH Manager. |

Matt has joined RecruitWest with over 6 years experience in Occupational Safety and Health across Mining, Retail and Local Government industries. With extensive experience in training and assessment, safety systems development and auditing, Matt will be working together with our candidates and host employers to ensure RecruitWest provide quality safety in the work place. In addition, Matt’s role is to coordinate the workers compensation and injury management process and provide support and understanding to our candidates returning to work after an injury. |

As our QA/ IT/ Office Administrator, Richard is always hard at work providing technical and administrative support to the team at RecruitWest, as well as, having responsibilities within Quality Assurance, Information Technology, Marketing, and website maintenance. Richard has come to us with over 10 years experience in the Finance sector, where, at one stage, he was managing over 400 staff, across multiple countries, as the Head of QA and Training for an International receivables agency. |

Working within our Administration Department, Shelley is involved in all aspects of the Payroll process, to ensure a timely preparation and accurate distribution of company-wide salaries, overheads, and related benefits, in compliance with the appropriate Federal and State regulations. |

Kassie has joined RecruitWest to manage our busy Perth reception area, where she fields telephone calls, receives and directs visitors, prepares letters and documents, sorts mail and deliveries, supports Management and Staff, and ensures that our workflow continues to run smoothly and efficiently. She has an extensive background across multiple departments, such as, Customer Service, Retail, Administration, and Reception, and has worked in a number of industry sectors, including a considerable period in the Mining industry. |
