RecruitWest has a high commitment to Occupational Health and Safety. We believe that a sound OS&H system is good business practice. Our commitment to Health and Safety is proven by our excellent LTI record over the past 2 years.

RecruitWest aim to:

• Set guidelines to assist in providing safe work environments.
• Identify and manage the risks to our employees and encourage behaviours that eliminate accidents or injury in the workplace.
• All RecruitWest employees complete our Safety Induction and where requested by the client, a drug and alcohol screen and medical assessment.
