Brian is a qualified Diesel Mechanic and has worked in the mining sector both here and in the UK. Brian has worked for such companies as CJD Equipment as workshop manager and Boral fleet services as 2IC to the Workshop Manager running over 100 maintenance personnel. In the early 90's Brian became involved in the recruitment industry becoming Business Development Manager for a large recruitment agency, and in 2001 Brian started RecruitWest developing the business to where it is today. Since 2001 RecruitWest has gone from strength to strength and as the Executive Director of a growing Recruitment company, Brian understands the importance of employing hands on type people that have been involved in the industries they recruit for. |

Brad joined RecruitWest in 2005 with over 15 years experience as a Surveyor and Engineer, working in the Mining, Civil Construction, and Government sectors. He has brought a strong commitment to providing quality service at all levels of Recruitment and Client Management, with the vision of creating an internal work environment that is the preferred choice of Recruitment Consultants and Staff. Since becoming Managing Director in 2008, he has taken RecruitWest on a sustained path of growth and development, embracing Management Development and Employee Training as the centrepieces of team building. The results are reflected in the long term business relationships nurtured, staff loyalty, and continued improvement of the RecruitWest service. Brad stresses that, “it is vitally important to understand exactly what the client and employee needs are, to understand what role RecruitWest plays in meeting those needs”. |

Jonno Seen

Jonno started with RecruitWest as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in FIFO plant operators, with a previous background in apprentice recruitment in Tasmania. He also has a background in customer service, payroll and finance positions. Jonno has now moved into the role of Operations Manager overseeing day to day recruitment in our Perth office, and dealing with major accounts for RecruitWest. |

Ben de Chanéet
South West Operations Manager |

Ben started with RecruitWest as the South West Area Manager heading up the Bunbury Office. He draws on previous experience working in the Job Network System in Bunbury. Ben also has a trade background as a roof carpenter and also in Eco Tourism. Ben is responsible for the day to day running of the Bunbury Office along with developing ongoing relationships with businesses in the South West. |
